Civil contractor with an active pipeline of government and private sector works is seeking Project Managers across multiple concurrent programs. Projects span Transport Infrastructure and Highway Corridors, Bridges and Structures, Civil Renewable Energy Projects, Mine Infrastructure, Defence Works, Underground Services, Earthworks, Drainage and Stormwater, Water and Sewerage across the state from Metro to northern and regional Queensland. Own your projects end-to-end! Managing programmes, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships from award through to close-out, staying technically sharp and making the calls that keep delivery on track. A rapidly growing business that gives its teams the autonomy to run their projects without being micromanaged, with an expert support system behind you when you need it. To be considered, you'll need: 5 years' experience delivering civil infrastructure projects across one or more of the above disciplines Demonstrated end-to-end delivery capability - programming, cost control, subcontractor management and client reporting Confidence managing concurrent scopes across multiple stakeholders and project lifecycles Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and manage programme risk early Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent QLD-based with flexibility to travel to regional and Northern QLD sites as required Experience delivering government or council-funded programs will be highly regarded. Senior Project Managers and Project Directors with broader program leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
